Being late for an appointments will not be tolerated.This forces the stylist to work outside business hours. Numerous lates and no-show will result in the stylist working overtime. We will be implenting all rules of the salon to ensure a perfect experience
Welcome New customers. Client intake questions are mandatory when booking .Please don’t bypass the Q/A
- All Appointments are subject to last minute cancellation.
- All customers are responsible for canceling,or rescheduling their own appointment at least 24 hours before service.
- All No show and late minute cancellations are subject to fee based on service booked.
- All appointments are allowed a 15 minute grace period,After 15 minute appointment is subject to cancellation and full fee of service must be paid before booking a new appointment.
- Failure to pay any fees or repeat offenders are subject to banning of appointments by stylist.
- All appointments are confirmed 48 hours please make a calendar note of appointment.
